Individual Counselling

I offer a complimentary 60 minute initial consultation to answer any questions that you may have and to give you the opportunity to decide whether I am a therapist that you would feel comfortable working with.

Fees

60 minute session – $100 plus HST

90 minute session – $150 plus HST

Fees are payable at the end of each session by cash, cheque, Credit Card. If you would prefer to pay by email transfer, payment should be made prior to our session. Fees are the same for office, phone or video conferencing sessions.

If the above fee is not affordable in your current life situation, please contact me personally to discuss the possibility of qualifying for a low-income/student fee. 

Cancellations and Rescheduling

To avoid being charged in full for a missed appointment, kindly give 24 hour notice for appointment cancellation or rescheduling.
